Who processes your data

What we collect
Through the contact form we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), event type and date, venue and the content of your message. Technical data needed for abuse protection (IP address and time of submission) is recorded with each enquiry.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry data solely to respond to you and prepare a quote, that is, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. By sending an enquiry you confirm you have read this policy.
Analytics and marketing, only with consent
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies (the Meta Pixel, used to measure Facebook and Instagram ad performance) are used only after you explicitly accept them in the cookie notice. If you do not accept, the site loads none of these scripts and sets none of these cookies.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for the duration of our correspondence and a reasonable period after (up to 12 months), unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case records are kept for the legally required period.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Serbia: the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in Montenegro: the Agency for Personal Data Protection).
Event photos
Photos in the gallery on this site are published only with the event hosts’ consent. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, write to us and we will take it down without delay.
